A chat service available 24 hours a day dedicated to requests concerning products displayed on the platform. Our employees are present at all times to guide you in the purchase of your goods, and to answer questions, in particular on delivery times which are generally between 15 to 30 days depending on the product, and any other request concerning descriptions.

Express or premium deliveries for small quantities of goods have a duration of 15 to 20 days with our delivery partners DHL or FEDEX. Standard deliveries for large quantities of goods are between 20 to 30 days with our delivery partners FEDEX, UPS or EMS.
When you ask questions, please provide them with details about your choice, ie the name or the product reference, so that they can guide you and answer your questions as best as possible.
