JCZ5-12 series indoor AC high voltage vacuum contactor (referred to as contactor for short) is divided into two types: closing mechanical holding and electromagnetic holding. The contactor is suitable for three-phase AC 50HZ. The rated voltage is 12KV. The rated current is up to 630A In the power system, it is used for long-distance connection and disconnection of lines, control of high-voltage motors, transformers and capacitive loads and other electrical equipment, especially suitable for various frequent operation fields.
The contactor is small in size and light in weight. It adopts the popular international assembly structure of upper and lower arrangement, which is easy to use and maintain, and it is easy to form a complete set of FC circuit equipment.
2. Normal use conditions
a) Upper limit of ambient air temperature; +40 o C, lower limit; -25 o C,
b) The altitude does not exceed 2000M
c) Humidity; the daily average of relative humidity is not more than 95% and the monthly average is not more than 90%; the daily average of water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2KPA, and the monthly average is not more than 1.8KPA.
d) The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gas and water vapor.
e) No frequent strenuous exercise.
f) When the contactor moves, the inclination angle between the installation plane and the horizontal is not more than 5o .
g) Requirements beyond the above conditions shall be agreed by the user and the manufacturer.
